Sorry I didn't respond to my emails earlier but work has me on lockdown at the moment and for some reason I missed my personal email notification telling me I had Kappa emails.

I am both happy and sad to announce that yes the first location for hotel for Nationals is completely booked! It wasn't the first choice in hotel and it certainly wasn't the largest, but for the area it was the nicest one and best logistically that was willing to work with us on price. Solli is currently looking at other hotels and negotiating the contract for an overflow location(s).

Please standby and we'll get you that information as soon as the paperwork is signed.

Can't wait to see everyone... well, at least some of you! :)

If you need a place to stay, the closest to the Bushkill is the Fernwood Treetop Villas, they're 4 miles away. Mention NASSM 2014 and you get discounted. Or just use the website,  whatever's cheaper.

Probably best to use the website.  Calling them resulted in bouncing around their phone tree for several minutes, followed by being put on hold for a reservation for several more, and then being bounced to a voice mail box where I left my name and number.  But since they never called back....   :slap:

I will try again tomorrow.  Hopefully this singular experience is not representative of the organization's overall quality.   :idk:
