FS: Stock Monsoon 6 Disc Radio
« on: September 08, 2013, 10:26:52 AM »
I'm selling my stock 6 Disc Monoon radio out of my 2008 GXP  so I can buy an aftermarket deck. It's still in the vehicle and works flawlessly. I will remove it and ship it out once deal is done. I would like 175 OBO not sure what they sell for. You will have to get it reprogrammed by your dealer for it to work in your vechile. Also buyer pays for shipping. Pm me with any questions.

I would be highly shocked if anyone would pay that much for one without USB.

You need the Monsoon harness if it is not a direct replacement & they don't sell a plug to retro fit been checking for one.

Well I'm not sure what you said, but I don't think any of that's true. I have a USB radio in a non monsoon car ... though admittedly with aftermarket amp.

Ahhh OK, so you are talking about retrofitting a monsoon SYSTEM in car that didn't have one before.  Then yes you need a monsoon radio, monsoon speakers, monsoon amp, full monsoon wiring harness (to the amp and on to the speakers), sub.

You replied to "I would be highly shocked if anyone would pay that much for one without USB", hence my total confusion.

TS  Thank you my problem is nobody has a harness to sell. If I start something I want to be able to keep going W/O wondering what I need next. Little bits & peices no worry, major parts I want in hand . Maybe i'll sell what I have and go with a unit that has B/T and navi. system  N just upgrade my speakers .

Just go all aftermarket. If you going in that deep, just go whole hog. It's only money.
