Down to DDM in South Carolina last weekend and Dave and Randy (not to forget Ivy) did their magic on my 2.4L Solstice. In one word , "wow",  its like getting a new car !! Had them do the engine and put in the ProBeam and backbone.  What a fun drive back home the 600 miles thru the Great Smoky mountains with a car that now hauls ass !!

Can't say enough about how the car turned out , the difference in power and the work that DDM does. Great service, good people, thanks guys !!  :yay:

 Here are a few pics:

Before....

Dave and Randy hard at it with my car...

With the Supercharger installed...

New Supercharger badging.....Dave had the prototype on hand from ASAP Graphics and I was lucky enough to get the first one badged with the new style

 :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Thanks, Dave suggested the black metallic  powder coating to complement the S/C equipment which I wanted black.  I hadn't thought of it, really liked the look of black on black with the engine and S/C equipment.

Im awaiting my "starlight black" valvecover, too. It's coming with a "starlight white" coilover cover as well. Congrats and welcome to the S/C club!

Congrats on the stage 2 and welcome to the club.  Kinda nice having the extra juice to know you can take on most other cars on the road.  My pipes are black too, but I don't have the sparkly valve cover.  looks good.

enjoy!

Thanks guys,  its a real sports car now! Sure is fun to drive. Course my wife wondered why it was louder now when I stepped on the gas, I just turned the stereo up and grinned.  :D

Not sure about the HP, RWHP with this kit has been dyno'd around 230/40 I believe. Regardless the car is fast no doubt, night and day compared to the stock 2.4L.   :drag:

When Dave and Randy did my wife's car, Dave suggested the metal flake black for the pipes.  It kind of matches the carbon flash color.  I had the valve cover done in silver.  I wish that I had it done like yours.  I like the new logo from ASAP.  Ain't it fun to drive now?

I just looked at the pics of your SC again.  I like Dave and Randy and think they have a great product.  I love the stage II supercharger.  I even bought a $15.00 hat that says DDMWorks on the front and my name on the back.  I bought a windrestrictor that says "SUPERCHARGED".  I bought a supercharged emblem that I put on the rear bumper.  But, I would never put that front plate on my car.  I'm guessing that was just to cover up your tag number that you didn't want displayed on the internet.

You got it , just a little Photoshop on the license plate with DDM's logo to avoid my tag being out there in cyberland.  Actually the only thing that says Supercharged on the exterior of my car is the third break light with a ASAP graphics label.

I first inquired about if "starlight black" was possible at the SE regional meet in Myrtle Beach, SC earlier this year. Dave said they had never done a valvecover in that color only the intercooler piping. So, when i called to order mine he said he loved how it looked and that it was his new favorite. Of course i know that was just Dave buttering me up to buy more stuff  :D. I got my valvecover and coilover cover in the mail two days ago. I hope to install it tomorrow A.M. if it isnt raining. pics to follow...

I agree, great looking combination. I have the chrome valve cover and black star light on the pipes. Looking very good, congratulations on the install.  I know you will enjoy it!
