Do you have XP or windows 7?.
It is probably a driver issue.

Windows 7. Tried installing the drivers as admin, running the tune software as admin, no dice. Keep getting R19 error.

Bummer.

Do you have another computer you can try? I don't know if BNR provided support on the weekends and if I remember correctly, Trifecta (Vince) wasn't available on Mondays so I hope you get it figured out soon. The Trifecta tune is not only a great deal but also adds a decent amount of power to boot.

Yep, was going to try that. I do have another laptop I can try, but I'm not hopeful about the outcome...

Bugger. Laptop #2 produces exactly the same result - "Module Access Error: R19".

The issue is usually making the USB port report as a com port.
This is what happens with mine but I do not have trifecta. However the cables should be similar.

Not yet. Waiting to hear back from BNR, and also getting some welcome assistance from WOT even though I didn't purchase from them (I posted in the Trifecta forum they host).

Hopefully it will be resolved soon...the anticipation is killing me! :)

Hope you get it figured out soon. Did you ask BNR about the use of the red cable I sold you since your car is an 07 model? I would think it would work on all models but could be wrong.

I did and they confirmed that the red cable was correct. I guess patience is a virtue, and good things come to those who wait!  :idk:

Definitely! I waited well over a week to hear back from WOT-Tuning after my installation of the TF tune. I wanted them to confirm from a log file that everything was working properly with the tune. Turns out it was and I had fun with it for about 4 months before moving to HP Tuners. With the WR3 turbo, the difference is amazing!

Success!! I received a revised tune file and an updated version of EZ Flash from BNR on Wednesday. Apparently there is something odd about my car that caused the error, but the new software and tune file flashed just fine. I've only had a short drive so far but I can already tell that the difference is VERY significant. Boost comes on very rapidly now and is topping out at 22-23psi where it used to peak at 14psi. A full-throttle application while rolling along at 20-25MPH with TC off causes wheelspin now! I'm looking forward to my first autocross with it this weekend!

Cheers,

Chris
