Clearance problem with 275/40/18 tyres

Will i have clearance issues using 275/40/18 tyres on 9x18 wheels (40 offset) square setup?

Here's a great site that will tell you where you'll need the clearances for a non-stock tire. At a quick glance, I would think you will be alright but run the numbers in that site and you'll know for sure.
