Dave,
I think you were going to install my MACH II kit...I'm holding off on the wheel upgrade because I was forced into buying some real estate earlier than I wanted.  Also, I want randy to rewire my gauges, because when I had them done a long time ago, I don't think they were done right...they are always lit up, even if the car doesnt have the lights on...and they have been flickering on and off...last night they had no power...and this morning they worked fine...don't know quite what the issue is.

Dave and Randy,

I'd like to get a BackBone Brace - Race Version for the MD. Meet in May.  I have two questions,
1. What colors does it come in (Red not PINK hopefully).
2. Do I pay you for it there or do I order it and you bring it there (What my wife doesn't know...)?

Thanks,
Sal & Bryan

I just spoke on the phone with someone and put in my order for Backbone and Probeam.

Also heard they can take credit cards at the event.

They took credit cards at the Long Island mod meet, so i would assume the same thing for the Maryland meet.

Anyone who hasn't been to one of the meets before wouldn't know :) And it wasn't mentioned in the opening thread so I figured I'd put it out there.

For the mod meet and most events we will bring the items you request with us and will be able to take payment there, either cash or credit card.

As for the color, they come in any color you want, as long as it is red ;)

I think I should get a special sausage gravy and biscuits discount, and you don't have the price listed for the corner weighting.

DeepBlueGXP.
Due to AutoX Street Prepared rule set, I can't install the Backbone brace and I also can't tie the Probeam to the Differential.   I did reply about that sometime ago but I think it got lost in the long list of replies.
Also,
I got hosed money wise so I am going to have to cut back on some of my mods for this trip.
I've PM's back and forth with Dave about this so he is aware of the situation.

As such, I am only going to do the Vertical Doors and the Probeam.
I will be leaving my house around 9am on friday morning so I should be able to arrive by 1pm, no later that 2pm at the worst case.

Can we schedule for then?

I was abbreviating.  But yes you are correct, it can be mounted to the Differential cross member.

Pro-beams - $30
Backbones - $40
Probeam and Backbone together - $60?

Help for a modmeet noob...is this the cost of the install or the cost of the item?

That's what I figured but I wanted to confirm.  Thanks!  Hope the meet goes well...I can't make it this time, but I'll keep my eyes open, becasue the probeam and the backbone are next on the list of mods for me.  Any thought to selling them together on the website?  Would make a great "handling pack"! :brnout:

I'll be getting the A-pillar and some gauges installed, boost and voltage. Already PM'ed Dave about this on the Sky forum. I'm set on how to install the gauges, with the exception of getting the connections through the firewall. I will need a wiring diagram of the ignition switch as well, if anyone has one.

I'll be there Saturday, but could also show up Friday if it's more convenient.

Friday morning is BOOKED, they will be jacking around with my car and eating biscuits and gravy, maybe not in that order. That's when they are doing the HKS coilover install and then the corner weighting. I am as excited as a kid waiting for summer, it's almost here, it's almost here.
