I'll like to know what support has DDMWorks given on the VDI doors.  :idk:

Installation videos and support, for starters.  Not to mention there is questionable quality of the eBay kits.  I know I have read from multiple sources that eBay VDI kits can be knock-offs.

As with any product DDM sells, they are available damn near 27/7 if you have a question or an issue.  Problem with a product, they get involve with the manufacture with you to resolve the issue.  Problem with one of their products, they will drive for hours to assist you.

Not to mention the two Sales they had on the VDI doors.  We got a great price on two different group buys.

Hello KWhale, I am in Red Deer Alberta. If you ever traveling south let me know I would be happy to show off my mods.

Thanks for the offer Leather.  We usually head down to Waterton or Calgary a couple of times during the summer.  I'll try and PM you well in advance and see if we can arrange to meet at one of your highway fast food places maybe?

Now for the rest of you wiseacres!  I currently have no valid restraining orders out against me.  I am allowed to leave Canada....getting back in is the question!  In fact Essay, we should be in the greater (and lesser) Illinois area at the end of August on our way to Windsor and then the east coast of the US.  Taking Raggy for a little trip this fall...maybe we can meet up for a bacon spam burger on the way through?  We can talk about GJ and what a sarcastic so and so he is!!

Sounds like a plan to me, until then we will just have to talk about GJ here.

Josh, the installation video you mention are for Sol owners... The support fender brackets in the video are no where near the bracket on my Sky...  :(
I also agree we saved a lot by buying the VDI Kit (group-buy) from DDMWorks....

Hey Guys!  Where are you?  I haven't seen any posts by SA or KWhale in a long time... Usually you two are making fun of eachother or some other unsuspecting SOB (not usually SOB himself persay, but you know what I mean)

Oh well, guess you are both in prison.  Good luck in there.

There is a lot less that has to be modified on the Sky, and it is truly straight forward.  If you are not comfortable doing a project like this without having to use any of your gray matter and need 100% hand-holding on it, there are other ways of accomplishing the installation.
