We invite all to join us as we return to the Tail of the Dragon for 2009.
The 4th Annual Solstice/Sky at the Dragon event will be held August 6-9, 2009.



We will be using Fontana Village again this year. For reservations and information please call:

Tell them you want the Solstice/Sky Kappa Club package. You'll automatically be signed for their DragonSlayer's Club which gives you the 25% discount.

Shopping and Sight-Seeing Excursions

Our new Activities Coordinator, ChiliSky, is looking into having a Van to take ladies who might not want to go on the Run out to see sights or go shopping in the area!

We plan this year to have several possible runs on Friday to various locations in the area:

Devil's Triangle

SkyWay - Dragon Loop

ChiliSky BBQ Run

Group picture - Fontana Village Softball Field Time TBD

killboy will meet us at the Fontana Softball Field for a group shot of the cars attending. We will have use of the Fontana Boom Truck for an overhead shot of the cars.

Friday Night Activities TBD

Saturday, August 8th

Tubing run to Smoky Mountain River Rat in Townsend, TN

SkyWay - Dragon Loop (for those who might not want to go tubing or were busy with other things Friday)

Banquet Dinner at Fontana - Time and Menu TBD

We do like to PARTY.....  We have excellent plans for the after driving pool party...... Food, Drinks and Games..... If you have done this Event with us before or if you joined us for the party at the Regional in KY then you have some idea of the great time we have....

Looking forward to doing this again, but we have some personal issues to work thru before we can make reservations. We had a BALL last year, and will do the full week again, as we did last year. Hoping to keep the "green" tint out of Ladyt's face this next time! LOL!
