Looks like I might be the first to arrive home  ... helps when you fly.

Wanted to post a BIG thank you John & Carol (aka Whitefang and Lady Fang), as well as the committee members that put on a TERRIFIC North American Solstice Sky Meet 2009.

The view in the area was breathtaking! And the many cruises - through RMNP and surrounding canyons - were awe inspiring.

Additionally .. a thanks to ALL the vendors who participated - you all know just how to 'individualize' our cars! Hope each and everyone of you will be in Canton for 2010!!

Thanks again John and Carol for the vision you had two years ago!!

BTW ... many of us *know* who carried the largest share of the burden even though *others* tried to steal YOUR thunder!  :urock: :urock:

I forgot to thank GM/Pontiac/Saturn for their donations to attendees:

Saturn - donated collectible Pewter Skys to each of the Sky attendees.

Pontiac - donated the "Solstice Performance" Book - How to GO FAST and have FUN! (have enough left overs that they will be available at 2010 as well for those unable to make Denver)  :yay:

Pontiac also donated to all Solstice owners - a Pontiac Arrow lapel pin.

Hope everyone is already making plans to attend the 2010 NASSM in Canton, OH.  As someone I knows says - "Its never to early to start planning!"

I think the organizers (D2, IHawk, and DaShark) are waiting until they get home ... they all went on an 'extended' route to get back home ... may not hear anything regarding 2010 until next month. BUT, save the 3rd weekend in June!!  :thumbs:

Well stated MomsSol and Chemist!  Awsome Meet!!!!!!!!!!  I was amazed as well at the number of mods people purchased.  Off Topic, but I must give some Kudos to the people at the Omni Hotel that made our visit even more fun.
