Coming to a drift car near you
« on: June 27, 2009, 03:05:45 AM »
Hello here are a few pics of a rear bumper facia with diffusser that we did for a race team. Its extreme, but its a drift car, LOL. Project was a lot of work to get it figured out, with functional vents and diffusser and a little wider. Hope it gets on the Vegas car if there's time.

I put it here in this section because its about racing and I cant for the life of me know how to find my section to put in a new post. Hey youre not hiring me to work on your computer. Thanks Norm www.normsfiberglass.com 574-255-7843
Also Im not here until after the fourth. Thanks again Norm

Wow norm that's sexy, I need to win 5k or something so I can just buy all your pieces including this even though my car isn't a drift car. But since our car's are canceled someday we might run out of parts so that's good that you have the mold for the rear bumper.

Yep, that IS pretty extreme.  Looks like it'll be right at home on a drift car.  Well-done, as always, though

That's badass. Norm, are those vents on the sides for lift or something to make it drift easier?

No, allows the smoking tires to billow out, they're graded on smoke.

I asked a certain Solstice driver if he would indeed be sporting a new rear end in Vegas. He said yes as a matter of fact it was installed today and just needs paint, he said it looks awesome should be done by Friday when they leave. I will get some pictures as it won't be the only big rear end in Vegas, mine will be there too.

Hello pictures by Chemist at Las Vegas. What doesnt show up is the fiberglass rear fender 1/4 panels and fiberglass doors as they look stock but are lighter and tougher. Hope you like the rear end. Thanks Norm

Norm you better make him another one he tore it off in the finals! Did the last couple of runs with no rear bumper. That track was very hard on cars, a whole bunch of them got busted up on the wall. He is still number 2 in the points, and less than 15 points behind.
