Topic: Special Announcement - Combined SOS and T2TR for 2010 only

Due to an overwhelming amount of arm twisting...wheedling...finagling ..and bargaining with a dear sweet lady...the following is now in effect

SOS-V in March (03-18) is cancelled
T2TR-V in May (07-09) is cancelled

ANNOUNCING THE NEW and IMPROVED COMBINED SOS-V AND T2TR-V (& Training) EVENT

for 2010 only
Weekend of April 22-25 (Thursday thru Sunday)

Thursday 04-22....arrivals
Friday 04-23 : SOS Day.....training for SOS...Short Stack
Saturday 04-24: T2TR Day...training for T2TR & 555W


In all cases there will be cw & ccw groups going out for runs and training
You may also freelance.

If you want to do SOS runs both days...I am sure we can accommodate you.
Same with T2TR.

We will be training every weekend that people show up....from March to June
but this weekend is for training and fun.

Do not call the Hampton just yet (740-498-9800)...because the old rooms are not officially cancelled...and the new rooms aren't officially booked.
Those that are reserved for either event might just be able to roll them over to the new week

Plus the fact we do not have any dinner arrangements at this time either.

So...accept this as a WiP...and get ready to make your reservations.

T2TR meant Twisties to the river (as opposed to Time to take roofies, which is what I thought it was)

But that is seriously the town.  N-Town.  Just south of New Philadelphia.
