The case I ordered is sold.  If there are others interested, need at least 14 persons.  Then I'll make another purchase.  Standard cost on Amazon is $34.95 + shipping.  When I bought them and shipped to the farthest location CONUS, it costs about $33 shipped.  East coast costs about $30 shipped.
