Clutch interlock switch

I looked under the dash and saw two switches. Which one is the clutch interlock switch? The top one or bottom one?

Helios   Press one and try to start the car without pushing the clutch in . it may be one engages it and the other disengages it   .Like ON and Off switch Not sure trial and error thing. It is to take off the safty so you can't start it with the Clutch Out.

Are you still looking for the answer to this ?

If so, the clutch interlock switch engages at the end of the clutch travel.  Thus, it's usually positioned at the "front" or "bottom of stroke".

Did you need to jump the pins ?

I think it is the bottom one, the top one disengages your cruise control.  As the indian said push it in and try to start the car.

I bypass the starter-clutch interlock on all my vehicles (except the c6 z06; no idea how to do it) and yes, there are usually two switches on the clutch pedal (except for the c6 z06, the m3, and the cts-v); the other one is for cruise control.  I have only encountered one that needed a simple unplugging, the rest needed a jumper wire (except the m3).
