Can't stay logged in?

Since the site upgrade I can't seem to stay logged in. If I navigate away from the site, (not that I leave very often  :D) and I come back again I have to log on again.

Any one else find that?  :huh:

I cleared the cache and cookies but that didn't help...

SB - When you enter your name and password, do you select the "Forever" logged in option?  If not, try that.  I only had to log one the one time, and I've been away and back several times.  Hope it works!

You need to clear your cache and since it's in a new location.  Hit CTRL-F5 and then close the browser, open up and re-log in

This is really strange. If I use IE it works okay, if I use Firefox I can't stay logged in even after I clear the cache and the cookies.

I'll get to the bottom of it as I really prefer Firefox.

That was weird. For some reason, the bookmark that I was using to access the site since it's inception wouldn't work with the new host.

If anyone else has log in troubles, try setting up a new bookmark for the site and deleting the old one. Worked here although I'm not sure why...   :huh:

Yeah weird eh? I had COMPLETELY removed Firefox and reinstalled from scratch. All was working well. I played with it for a while and no troubles at all after which I imported my old bookmarks and then the trouble came back when I used the KP link that I had set up from day one.

It was then that I realized that the old bookmark was the problem all along. Deleted it and recreated it and all is good now.

Now that the site is working well Joe, you should turn the ads back on. As there are always bills to pay.

Thank you for the post - having the exact same issue here... (also using Firefox).  As soon as I click my "New Posts" bookmark, I have to log in again.  I will delete the bm & recreate.
