Did some autocross today, played around with the gopro hd camera in a bunch of different locations, the external ones are definitely my favorite :drive:

Looks cool and great editing to keep all the action in line with different cameras.  How did you do?

I got first place in my class and fastest time of the day, you can faintly hear a guy yelling at 1:10 in the clip you're the leader :D
I also got to drive one of the civic's from mod class, its stripped to the bare metal and has a motor swap/suspension work. You would not believe the throttle response on that engine, its instantaneous compared to my car, drive by wire simply sucks for racing.

Added a new video from today's autocross event, i stuck the camera on the front bumper and the sound from the intake/bov is just nuts. The course was later reconfigured for prosolo, 2 cars on the lot on mirrored paths, its pretty exhilarating when you're racing against someone.
Also tried out my goodyear eagle gs-d3 tires for the first time, it was a bit wet in the morning and the best time i could get was 48 seconds, when it dried up i switched to the hoosiers and went down to 44 seconds. I'll try to do a better comparison next time when its dry from the start.

That was awsome! Looks fast & when it was on the side behind the front tire you can see & hear the debris flying up off the stickies.

great camera work!

What is that ringing?  Is that the BOV? Sounds like an old bicycle bell.
