Ventilator fan temperature

So, i just learned that the custom tuners can change the degrees (F or C) that the ventilators start to function and rotate at full speed.
a couple of questions:
1. at what temperature does our ventilator fan starts to operate and at what temperature it rotate at full speed?
2. has anyone changed the default settings and at what degrees it now operates?

I would have to look again, but I believe it is at 220f and 230 it goes full, but don't quote me please.

the LNFs turn on at 205F and off at 199F.    When we were at the dyno, we had better runs when they were running hot.  So if you can, I don't know how with HPT, I wouldn't mess with success.

VCM editor, Next to last tab looks like a fan and it is set at:

on at 195, off at 180 - 42 %
on at 220, off at 200 - 85%
