a few different vendors have all different types of pipes for our car. Dejon, DDM, BTF. I didn't think that different pipes would make them less likely to pop off.

Really cool!!!  Didn't realize the pavement at Pocono was that bad.  Now imagine driving a NASCAR stocker over it!

I won't comment on the turbo hoses popping off because I don't want to jinx myself.   :)

Kenny,

Popping turbo hoses in the area you mentioned is quite common among those who race their car hard. (And have a tune.) It happened to me on three runs all in the same day. (It was somewhat embarrassing to have 5 trucks come out to save me at Texas Motor Speedway.) Anyway, the only solution that works is to tighten the two stock clamps with the springs as tight as you can. (When you think it cannot go another turn...make it happen.) After I did that, the hose stayed on. It is a good idea to check all the hoses after each race. But the two that go from the end of the IC pipe to the turbo are prone to pop under heavy boost.

Also. new IC piping makes no difference here. Mine are Dejon and the hose came off.

Yeah I cranked them down, and I have to keep an eye on them, specially after a temperature cycle.

I noticed the IC connections start to move a bit, but I really don't wanna get into that until I get a new IC. Hopefully they'll hold on a bit longer.

Ok question, first time on the Z1's on the track. I ran them with 30psi. Here is the wear line. Should I let out some pressure?
