Tire pressure with street tires has to be low, not sure why run on the drag strip with street tires.
You need at least a good set of drag radials and keep the RPM's at launch between 3 and 2700 RPM.
Also and Automatic with a modified TCM, drag radials and a tune should be a consistent mid to high 12 second car.

Wouldn't it stall at 3 RPM's.  LOL

Bob, does your tuner know what you use your car for?

Lyndon sure does. I am still not using the GMPP hardware and base tune. I may have to make that change. Sure wish I KNEW what the higher air flow rate ACTUALLY nets. I fully understand the theory part. Kenny, have you run yours on a DynoJet?

Bob, the rule of thumb given by Garret is that you get 9.5-10.5bhp per lb/min of MAF

If you didn't already know, you can get the sensors without buying the tune, download the tune from the HPT repository and you are set and saved 500 bucks or so. Shabby shows 30psi in his logs, which, if true, is huge, and he does he own tune with HPT.

I haven't dyno'd yet because my tune is not tweaked to it's full potential yet and I'm having some problems with my car right now. Constantly popping hoses and I got some noise under boost I am trying to figure out. Once I get all this settled, I will dyno on the same dyno I did my stock and gmpp dyno on which also happens to be a dynojet.

What clamps are you using? I consistently spike 26-28psi and mine are holding.

strange that you are hitting such high PSI with such low MAF, if you hold over 20psi into the rev's the MAF should be higher

I have the DDM clamps on the elbow, that's it for now. I think it might be the IC ones that are loose, but they haven't popped off completely yet. The compressor output one popped while on the track.

Data stream is capped on the 07's at 23psi, but my mechanical boost gauge shows well north of that in the middle of the power band. I may run some scans with the air filter removed to see what happens then.

That RPM is for the Standard transmission cars.
However with the TCM modified (Lydon's Westers) should be able to change the stall converter setting and also the shift points.
Kelu:
The other option you could try is swap the Dif from one of a NA car (3:91).

I stopped hitting 30psi a while ago, peak at around 25 now in the midrange and 20psi by redline.

Actually I plan to call Ray Bates this week. During my engine rebuild I asked him about a good trans,he only recommended one that cost 45,000 dollars can't remember brand. I was choking at the time.  He has a friend he recommended for a Garret turbo set up and I need his number. Yes I need help finding the best turbo set up. Need at least 100 more hp so I am running 450hp or more
