Drilled and slotted rotors
« on: July 14, 2010, 03:25:45 AM »
Who has done new aftermarket rotors? I am looking at some on e-bay that are drilled and slotted (I like the look) along with ceramic pads..
I checked the forum here but noticed that most posts on this subject are a couple of years old....
Has anyone done this upgrade and what brand did you go with?

God bless
John

I went with DDM's drilled and slotted rotor when I bought their calipers.  Between the rotors and the Porterfield pads the braking is much improved.  Stock pads are bad.

I went with the DDM slotted rotors, brake pads, and big brake caliper upgrade. I LOVE them...much more linear braking.

I ended up getting the diamond slotted rotors from DDM and Porterfield pads. Braking is much better! I really attribute this to better pads. The rotors for me were just for show.
