OZ 19"
« on: July 31, 2010, 06:57:22 AM »
I wanted 19x9, the guy who was selling them told me they were, but they are 19x8... not a big mistake... cause I wanted 9" width rims to fit 255 tyres on 4 wheels but being honest, it's too much for a 2L and looking for agility and better mileage... Less weight and cheaper tires too.

19x8" ET38 and 235/40 tyres right now (2nd hand)

The car needs to be lowered and 245/40 to be fitted.

Well, time for the pics:

You can still put the wider tires on the 8" wheels.

Nice looking car.

I bet you love living in Mallorca, especially when the Scandinavians descend in Winter/Spring.  I was on USS Eisenhower in the late 80's and we had a long port visit there.  It is gorgeous and has a very interesting history.  I took a USO tour and on the way over to Chopin's home we passed through the hills covered with olive trees (that according to the guide) were planted by Christians enslaved by the conquering Moors.  I also took the sea caves tour.  Back in the day one really did get to see the World.  Poor Navy guys now are stuck in the Gulf.

Nice Wheels Kuprito.  They especially look good on Opel GT version of the Kappa's that have the more modern lines as opposed to the curves of the Solstice GXP.  They really dress it up!  Awesome picltures you posted.  Thanks!

I need to lower the car a little bit, yes, but the minimum possible because of my garage ramp...

Does anybody know which are the less lowering springs? Eibach Prokit or H&R?

Thanks!

PS: Car turns better with this rims.

H&R have high values of lowering, I think Arabas has them.

I think Eibach have smallest drop.

I only remember one figure for the Z0K and that is 0.78, not sure if that is the front or back.
