As I stated before, I wanted a nice small rear wing, decided to go with the lip idea.

Some pictures unpainted:

Final product, painted:

It cost me around 180$ unpainted, was custom made by a local fiberglass wizz and it took 2 days. price painting the rear bumper cover was 120$ and turn out great.

Very happy about final product

Lip looks good. Like the car came that way from the factory

Joe: thank you sir, I paint my car to a Nissan/Renault dealership, they have one of the best body shops, I couldn't afford them (normal price would be over 250$) if wasn't owned by a friend of mine who makes me great discounts. I always used them, this is 3rd time when my car gets something painted there and all the time was perfect.

elff: I got the unpainted pictures from fiberglass wizz's website, he does that, I didn't ever did it.

I'm honored than someone who owns one of the nicest Skys give me a rating like that.

Oh, and my stoplights were re-done for the 3rd time, cleaned that all black and repainted in same paint shop, now I like them and they will look good with eyelids.
And no more rear annoying Opel rear badge

Very subtle! Almost too subtle but it looks good. Would like to see a little flair like a stick on M5 or SLK55.

As we know all of the Pontiaca used have wings!

Critterman: I'm not sure for the moment, I have another full set of stripes, same color but thinner with 1cm (3/8 inch), not sure if I will give up on stripes or install the new set. Any input will be appreciated.

I hate it. It looks terrible. Looks like the back end of a Honda mini van now. I think you ruined it. It is so bad I am going to make a motion to ban you from this forum until you make it better. It looks like two kids with some playdoh plopped on a lump on the back of your car and then used a spray can to paint it. The paint doesn't even come close to matching. You car now looks like it belongs in the crash up derby, not on the street. Throw it away and buy a Fiat 500 Abarth SS instead.

Saw it on Top Gear. I wish they made more stuff like this here in the US. I know it is smaller than a MINI, but it looks like so much fun! It would be a great run around car. It's even big enough for a COSTCO run. Plus, all that fun and power (for it's size) is for sale for about 15,000 pounds (about 23K USD). Not bad for what it is. FIAT reliability is suspect, but hey, so is GM's.

OK, OK, even though the GP and the 500 are very similar... here is the 500:

I have to admit, I found the right image for the Abarth 500 and was going to post it, then got totally distracted by the picture of the GP and posted that by mistake. Damn advertising... got me that time. Good catch Arabas. Thanks for keeping me in line.

We are in really big trouble with Kelu. We have totally drifted this thread away from his beautiful new bump on his Saturn

To get back on topic, here are some photo's of the rear lip on the Abarth 500 SS for comparison:

This is the one Kelu modled his after, I am sure you can see the resemblance:

This was his first choice, but the cost was too high:
