Thanks. I just hope I can drive at even NINETY percent of what the car can do. The car is aligned, I have fresh rubber, the 100 octane tune is strong, and I've had all my shots

. Tried 5 Hour Energy Shot last year, but I will NOT do THAT again. Phew!!!!!!!!!!!! As fate would have it, Accuweather is showing a good chance of some rain on Thursday.

I have R1R's but have NEVER driven on them. What a p!sser. Oh well. I just hope my room mate will not snore like he did at the Divisional last weekend.

Before each autocross I usually have a Monster energy drink...but I follow that with Gatorade the rest of the day. The 5-hour energy as suspect as it sounds?

Oh, and I just found out that a local gas station has 104 octane at the pump...

Careful. It is probably leaded. The GAS, in mean.

5 Hour has EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED and THIRTY THREE percent of a human's daily requirement of B12. THAT will raise your pulse a bit. Had NO idea what had hit me.

Two GXP's, both shared, and no matter what happens I should be THE fastest Saturn there.

Probably the ONLY Saturn, but that's not MY fault !!!!!!

Good luck Bob, great field in the 2010 Tire Rack SCCA Solo National Championships Entry List, on the page listed in the thread I counted a Mean 2007 GXP, a Pure 2007 GXP, and your Silver 2007 Sky Redline. The field of 1175 entries is very strong indeed! Have fun, drive loose, and take what comes!

Stock and Street Prepared is LOUSY with A6s. Some cars/drivers do well with V710s, but not many. Anybody NOT on A6 or V710 R-comps is dead meat in those classes. Same in Street Mod classes. The ST classes are where all the 180 rated tires live, and there are plenty of options for competitive rubber.

Recession be damned, this is a record level of attendance. I can't imagine what will be the total count once this mess is resolved.

Early Wednesday to register and make the Evo T&T. Then I'll have my tires swapped, tech, and then watch what is happening.
