Why?  I don't understand why I have to drive past where I am going to turn around and come right back to where I was?  Sorry but that doesn't make sense.

Is it to get the permit?  They don't have to be displayed until you park.

There are rules to sign and instructions to adhere to and you must be there to get your permit.

If you don't want to go by the rules, then what can I say.

Have the instructions changed, have the rules changed, I can sign the form there.  Or to save time you could repost the rules and the instructions here.

Exactly everything is there for us to read and sign in the first post.  So I still don't understand why I have to drive to the IHOP.  You don't read the instructions to us, you don't hold a test so what is so darn important at the IHOP?
