The holidays are finally over... and the first autocross of 2011 will be Sunday January 23 at Virginia Motorsports Park in Dinwiddie, VA with NASA Mid-Atlantic!

This will be a three heat event for about 60 cars, should be 5-6 runs each, on a big fast fun course.  Reg & tech open at 10am, first car off at noon.  Entry fees are $30 mem/$35 non in advance or $40 mem/$50 non that day.

Jan 23 specific info & pre-registration is here: https://www.nasaproracing.com/event/1050

Series info, rules, classing, in-car videos, etc can be found here: http://www.nasaracing.net/autox.htm

Registration for this event is about half full now, people must be waiting to see what the weather forecast looks like.  Just keep in mind it will be significantly more expensive if you don't pre-register.  Pre-reg is open until it fills or until noon on the day before the event, whichever comes first.  A minimum of 10 spots will be available that morning for walk-up registrations.  We will run in rain, shine, or cold - just not snow/ice/storms.  Reserved weather date if we need it is two weeks later, i.e. Sun Feb 6.

Thanks and we hope to see you at VMP in a few weeks!
