1.  Is the meet registration fee of $ 178.00 for two people and one car? - YES

2. If we come in two cars how should we register? Each person should register for the Meet independently so that each car will be noted for registration purposes.

3. NASSOA is supplying Liability Insurance coverage for the 2009 NASSM.

4.  Is the Hotel Registration fee at the Omni $ 124.00 per night? - NO, that rate is good for the 3 days prior and 3 days after the meet.

5.  What does the registration fee of $89.00 per person ($ 178.00 per couple) cover? The meet registration covers the food for the Reception and Banquet as well as the facility rentals, Wait staff, State-County Sales Taxes, Resort Tax, gratuity and PayPal's 3% take and Registration Packet.

6.  Does a Sponsor / Vendor have to pay the meet registration for each person from their company attending as well as registering for the Omni Hotel and donating product and/or money? YES

7. Can we pay for the 2009 NASSM Registration using Check or Money Order? YES! And you may use the pdf. Registration from the 2009 NASSM to mail in your Registration and check if you wish to use that method.

8. "I am coming only for one day, how do I register?
Registration for each day is as follows (all prices are per registered attendee)
Thursday Only: Registration $50
Friday Only: Registration $25 ( All Premium Events at the posted additional charge)
Saturday Only: $60

Latest Question and Answer- FAQ's!

Question: I've registered for the 2009 NASSM and now I want to sign up for the Thursday Red Rocks Cruise, Easter Seals Poker Run and the Saturday Mini-Cruise. How can I do this on the website registration page?

Answer: All the events being offered at the 2009 NASSM are available for sign up. For both those who have not yet registered and those who previously have. *Remember that you must be registered for the 2009 NASSM and have checked the Waver Agreement to participate!
Just go to the registration page and click on the items you wish to register for and you will be tallied as registered. There is even a Tutorial as item # 10 offered on the FAQ's page that will walk you through the process. You can even pre-register with the Omni Golf Course with your foursome under the golf outing checking item.

I'd like to say thanks to the Rocky Mountain Solstice Sky Club for coming on board the 2009 NASSM.

They are operating the Car Show with the help of Martin & GMR. 

They have also lined up our entertainment for Thursday's Reception, it's going to be a true BBQ with Cowboy Songs by the  campfire uder the Western Stars, performed by Bill Barwick!

 Don't forget you hats and boots! 

The RMSSC are also taking on the Colorado Easter Seals' Poker Run. Their members will be handing out the cards, trophies, and prizes to the winners. They have arranged for the Lodge Casino to give a FREE buffet  to all the players after the awards are given at the "Winner's Circle" .

My wife and I have never been to Colorado. We are loking forward to attending and enjoying all the activities that have been planned.  We will be arriving on Wednesday so we will take advantage of the Thrusday cruise.  Sounds like loads of fun.
