I was talking to Dave (DDM) at the meet about the exact same thing.  The supercharger, posibly the exhaust header need to come off.  The big funny looking nut on the top front right hand side, is an access for a special tool to hold the timing chain in place.  Dave also recommended replacing the tentioners for the chain.  So that means the engine front as well needs to come off.
