How are you going to bleed them, gravity, vacuum or good ol pumping the brake pedal? Never used a vacuum bleed, but gravity bleed is the only way I do my brakes anymore. Pedal feels so much better than the pump and hold method.
And not sure if it mentions in your instructions, but use a mallet or something to tap on the calipers to loosen up any air bubbles that may cling to the inside. I usually bleed once, go ape shit with a mallet, and then bleed again. About two or three times and I feel its pretty cleared up.
