Double - $112.00 per Night
King - $116.00 per Night
One Bedroom Villa - 199.00 per Night
Two Bedroom Villa - $224.00 per Night

GENERAL RATE INFORMATION: The above rates are subject to applicable tax that is currently [11.75%] per room, per night, and is subject to change without notice.

CUT-OFF: The group rate will be available until 12 midnight on 05/20/2012. Any reservation requests made after the cut off date of 05/20/2012 will be accepted on a space available basis at the prevailing rate, which may be higher than the originally contracted group rate.

RESERVATION PROCEDURES: Individual Call-In Guests may call 888-233-9527 through May 20, 2012 and identify themselves as being part of the Summer Solstice~Land of the Sky group to make reservations. After May 20, 2012 guests must call 800-733-3211 for reservations assistance.

** Villas need to be reserved directly through the hotel's in-house reservations only by calling 800-733-3211 during regular business hours.**

HOTEL POLICIES:
• Check in time is after 4pm. Check out time is before 11am.

• Any request of room type is only a request and is in no way guaranteed by The Resort.

• The Resort has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Individual reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night room and tax.

• The Resort requires 24 hour notice for early departure. Individuals checking out early without 24 hour notice will be charged a $50.00 early departure fee.

• The Resort is a smoke free facility. Smoking in any indoor areas, including sleeping rooms, meeting spaces, restaurants or bars will result in a $150.00 fine per incident.

The Pro’s Table

Enjoy delicious meals in a relaxed atmosphere at The Pro’s Table restaurant, featuring classic American cuisine with some international twists. The Pro’s Table serves breakfast from 6:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., lunch from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., and dinner from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. You can dine fireside at dinner beside a massive granite fireplace in the Lower Pro’s Table.

Mulligan’s Bar and Grille

Unwind at the end of the day with your favorite beverage in our comfortable sports lounge with a large granite fireplace. Mulligan’s is open from 2:00 p.m. until 1 a.m. Offering full food service and drink specials. Lunch is served in the lounge from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.; dinner is served from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.

In-Room Dining

A full food and beverage menu is available through room service from 6:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. daily.

Recreation/Activities

Tennis

The newly opened on-site Asheville Racquet Club Downtown offers everything for the tennis lover and so much more. The Club offers 4 indoor tennis courts, 10 outdoor clay courts, 6 hard outdoor courts, and a new 8500 square foot fitness center. The fitness and wellness center opened in October 2010 and features an indoor salt water lap pool, pro shop, cafe and smoothie bar, fitness and workout room, cycling studio, and childcare room. The Asheville Racquet Club is now accepting new members. Guests of the Crowne Plaza Tennis and Golf Resort have complementary use of the 8500 square foot fitness center, an indoor salt water lap pool, and outdoor tennis courts. There are additional charges for indoor tennis, golf and the future "Adelaide Spa".

The Spa will be opening in the Fall of 2011. A 9 hole golf course is also available on the property along with walking trails for those who wish to take a jog or morning/afternoon walk.

Golf

After a day in meetings or exploring Asheville, play a round of golf on our 9-hole golf course located on the resort's property. The original architect for the course was W.B Lewis of Pickens, SC, who designed the Mountain Course at Lake Lure, Glen Cannon in Brevard, Wolf Laurel and two courses at Tega Cay in South Carolina.

Adelaide Spa

"Adelaide Spa" will be opening in Summer of 2011 inside "Asheville Racquet Club - Downtown" on the property of the Crowne Plaza Tennis and Golf Resort. A temporary location is currently open inside the hotel until the permanent location is complete.

"Adelaide Spa" enhances your health and vitality through wellness spa services incorporating medically advanced botanical products providing real results. Sports recovery massages, stress reducing body treatments and anti aging facials unique to Adelaide Spa provide exclusive spa services second to none. Our serene spa environment is perfect for spa parties, packages, or a well deserved escape from the every day. Swimming

Outdoor Pools

The resort's outdoor swimming pools provide ample opportunity for guests to cool off or to be a little more active with invigorating aquatic exercise. The pools are open mid May through mid September.

Indoor LAP Pool

Our new indoor salt water lap and exercise pool is now open at the Asheville Racquet Club Downtown facility adjacent to the Crowne Plaza Tennis & Golf Resort. As a guest of the Crowne Plaza you can enjoy Aquatic Aerobic classes, lap swim time and family swim time. Relax your muscles in the jacuzzi after your swim!

Walking Trails

A quiet and scenic walking trail is located on the property for our member’s enjoyment. If you walk the trail two times, you’ve walked a mile.

The cutoff date of May 20 leaves a TOTAL of only 28 rooms available for Thursday and Friday.

We are keeping a close watch on the room pickup list and adding rooms as needed.

There is a set number of nights contracted already and we as an event do not want to pay for rooms or nights not filled.
