Really? You think its still happening? I loved the race last year. But I just bought Mid-Ohio tickets. I think it is too late for a Baltimore race this year. Its sad...it was a great event but poor management. I hope they can pull it off next year.

The mod meet is just that a get together to mod kappas. You can see all the various things that have been done to the cars in person and if there is something you want to do to your car there are people there that have most likely already done them so you can gain from their experience. Some of us don't even bring cars we've flown in and then help others with their mods.

DDM usually shows up so you can get the pros that actually know how to work on our cars to do that performance mod you have always wanted but didn't want to drive to North Carolina to have done. Anyone know if JPM is going to be there this year?

The meet is at Joe's (DeepBlueGXP) place in Lusby MD, and it is truly an international event.

It's basically a great group of people getting together and having fun with cars, if you are able to make it you should go.

Definitely. You will just need to order the Solo CAT about 3 weeks ahead of time to be on the safe side.

We even have a Solo sales rep here on the forum, and since he sold his kappa DDM will have some time to work on other peoples cars this year.

I prefer to look/listen in person and then make a decision. The oil catch can and replacement hose clamps may also be on my shopping list.

My 3 year warranty expires in July as well...maybe a tune on top of my GMPP tune is in order.

I went once. It kinda sucked, but I went back again the next year just to make sure I wasn't wrong the first time. I'll probably go again this year just to make sure I'm still right.

You are right in that it is still being planned. But, they have missed all their deadlines, do not yet have the essential title sponsor, should have put tickets on sale by now, and really it appears nothing has happened. The partnership team is in shambles. Dont get me wrong, I want to see it suceed. I just think it is too little too late for this year.

The Mod meet is a lot of fun and a great way to meet this whacky group and learn about your car. Just watch out for the guy wearing pink......

I have to agree with Shinny, I have only been to 8 of them, and still can't make up my mind.

I think that there has not been one that I haven't had something done. Last 3 I didn't have anything planned and still got work done.

I usually go from Thursday to Monday. It officially runs from Friday to Monday. Well worth a trip to downtown Lusby. I think we double the population

If you don't go how am I going to wire up that Wind Restrictor mod that didn't get done last year?
