Are you trying to simulate the engine somehow in Excel?  Without a validated 1D engine code you won't be able to get anything very useful as inputs to HP Tuners.  A couple problems I see are that turbo spool RPM changes with gear and load, the cams have variable timing, and the exhaust manifold has unequal length and varying diameter runners.

I'm not looking for cam timing just the duration and lift, and averages or good aproximations will work for the exhaust runners.

This calculator is not going to be perfect but it should help visualize changes and improve guestimations.

Right now we have nothing and its all guesswork and trial and error. I am as many are, tired of building 50+ tunes and spending a entire weekend testing and data logging, just to stumble upon a improvement.

With this calculator we can track changes, speed up testing, and share improvements as this engine and the Bosch ECU get fully understood.

So if you know any of these values please share!!

Wow. Is all that really possible?

I can give answers to all the questions. I won't promise any of them are accurate.
