Found reference to this video on one of the other forums for our car. (Yeah I was surprised that there was another forum too.  )

Although the engine isn't the LNF, it is an Ecotec and does show a lot of the procedures that a lot of us have had to do including the timing chain and the water pump.

The video was done in Dutch but don't let that stop you from watching it as the visuals are awesome.

Yeah it's obviously a different engine without a turbo and variable valve timing but I'm bookmarking it for later.
