Now, on college campuses in California "no mean no" is no longer acceptable. Now, it is punishable by law to have sex unless "yes means yes".  Both parties must VERBALLY COMMIT AND AGREE.  Essentially, they must enter in to a contract. Pretty soon.... Contracts will cost money.....

I am going to hang around college campuses getting signatures on a piece of paper and charging a small fee to ensure "yes means yes"
