I was talking time slip. You know...from when I had to drag my car down the track last fall at Norwalk. Literally! The car is so damn slow!

I think I posted that time slip somewhere on here already. I was pretty excited about it after I did it. Once I saw an SUV make a pass down the track I figured why not!

Drag racing is for a fast car, track driving is more for a fast driver, so better do more track driving than drag racing

I walked away. Quickly.

We are allowed to consume all the gas we want right now. But there is a bill proposal that proposes to cut out gas use in HALF by 20XX. Gee... I wonder how they will do that....

Well I haven't been on this site for a long time Will tell you about my 34 ford roaster drag car I bought last March. It has a 496Gm big block ,eagle crank ,callie rods ,wisceo pistons,edelbrock 20 degree heads and manifold, Rupert alky 1050cfm carb. Cars weights 1720 lbs Best time to date 8.72sec 154mph quarter. Just sent carb to have George Ruppert to. rebuild carb in Cookville Tenn. Had to get IHRA competition license to drive it. Critterman sent me his email address and will post pics for me.Sorry just got message u sent me many moons ago. Its a whole new animal to drive
