Now how are we going to produce pics of a product that is still in development and hasn't even been paid/shipped to Joe's Garage...

AH HA that's it   Its the shipping location.   I'm assured there will be a photo tonight, but most likely not mine....  :ca:

No problem at all!!!, just wondering if the lockable replacement cap has the same specs/diameter and thickness as the original.

MRZ,

Will the billet be removable if we run into a problem with an emissions CEL which requires the cap to be replace?    You should have it setup for a set screw vice the snap over lips.

This is the gap that will be shipped to Grant to test ;)  Black Anodized w GXP emblem

----

the billet cap can be removed from the OEM cap but it's not the easiest thing to do with the cap in it's location...  you're mutch better with a non-locking cap or have a hole drillet for the key access.

I want one with the Red Anodized and the GXP emblem.  I wish now that I had gone ahead with the group buy that I got out of because I felt the company was trying to pull a fast one, but I have my principles and sometimes they come back to bite me.  My wife, at the time told me to forget it, but I didn't and will have to live with it.  Glad all you guys and gals who went through with the deal are happy with the end result.  I really like the way they turned out.

The black anodized with the GXP emblem looks really great!  If I didn't already have a custom gas cap, I would jump all over this.

I would love a red cap also!  I have a Sky though, so I'd want it to be plain.... unless anyone has any creative suggestions as to what to have on the top?

How about this centered on the cap:

HIGH
OCTANE
ONLY

I may do this just to help the wife remember.  If I ever let her drive it again......

Or.  (for you RaJay) have the planet saturn etched in it.

I think we just hijacked this thread and took it straight in to the crapper.  Hay there's an idea how about billet toilet seats?  Here is an old military reference I want one with a drop down target with Jane Fonda on it.
