Goat's Soap Gun!
« on: June 13, 2009, 11:34:20 PM »
While we were puttering around in the garage today, Goat brought over his foam soap gun - it was really cool - my 8 year old loved "shooting the cars".  Today we designed a custom fit tempered glass windscreen specifically for the Solstice by modding the one I built for my Sky.  I will send off the templates to onedayglass.com and document the install - I have a new mounting method for the windscreen too.

Performance Mods
- Wester’s Race Tune
- RPI Stage 2 IC and Dejon Piping
- RPI GT Exhaust and Catless Race DP
- Fujita CAI
- Saturn Motorsports Big Bore TB
- Dejon Intake TB Elbow
- Sprintbooster
- DDM Race Backbone & ProBeam
- Z0K Rear End

Other Mods
- Painted engine cover, calipers, caliper decals
- Demoneyes
- Seq Turn Signals, Pulsing 3rd Brake Light, Side Marker Mod, Auto on Fogs
- Custom Tempered Glass Windscreen
- Rain Sensing Wipers
- JPM Doorpads, Beltloops, Console, Shroud, Handles
- Flash2Pass
- Sound Deadener
- Kenwood Excelon DNX996XR, Infinity speakers, amp

I have something similar. The spray nozzle has a section in it for soap.  Then you twist one part like on that to shoot soap or just water.
Sure makes washing quicker.

Virtually guaranteeing another week of rain.
I did a full detail of my car 9 days ago. It's been driven 3 miles since then due to rain/hail/etc.

It's got to get out on Wednesday as we head toward Denver!
I'd rather be driving! :D

Would you move this to the detailing section? Thanks...

Virtually guaranteeing another week of rain.

Let's see...

7-Day Forecast for NAS Pax River MD (nearest weather station.)

Monday-30% chance T-storms.   :(

Tuesday-Mostly cloudy   :idk:

Wednesday-Partly sunny   :yay:

Thursday-40% T-storms   :banghead:

Friday-40% T-storms   :gaah:

Saturday-40% chance t-storms.   :cryin:

Hopefully, all the rain comes in the evening, especially on Saturday. Don't want any rain to interfere with the Summer Solstice run.

This isn't a detailing thread it's just about us goofing around, there is a whole review of the Foam Gun already, we had a good time, then went to NAPA for some wings, Saturday is not the day for wings at NAPA, Wednesday is. I hope I get some door handles soon Jmacs came in a they looked great.
