This really is important information for ANYONE and especially for those that sometimes purchase used tires.

Great post and could save the lives of members of this forum. Right after viewing the 9 and 1/2 minute video, I went right out to check our tires. We took delivery on our 2007 Aggressive Solstice GXP on 12-27-2006. The code I found today that was encoded on the tire was: 4406, which means our tires were produced the 44th week of 2006. So our tires were 6 weeks old when we rolled out of the Dealers lot on December 27th, 2006. And believe me they were fresh, because I accidentally got rubber, (chirped my tires) as I left the Dealer lot, and then several times on the way home, with my wife following me in our 2000 Bi-Centenniel Lincoln Navigator. Surprised the life out of me, because I formerly owned a 1995 firebird Formula with the Corvette LT1 280 HP engine and of course it was a six speed shifter. I wouldn't have anything else in a sports car. I thought I knew how to shift. I found out different!
