I will get him from the airport to Joe's and from Joe's to the airport if needed.

smartin,

Thank you so much.  I think you are the only nice person on this thread :)
I will most likely be renting a car.  I don't want anyone to have to deal with all that traffic and the really early start time on Monday.  I will bring you a special gift for the offer.  I don't know what yet, but it will be something.

Ok, so how does this whole thing work anyway? I mean a whole lot of people are doing or getting mods, where does all this happen? I'm sure Joe's garage is not that big & at what point do the vendors get full up & can do no more. I know it's 3 days but still seams alot to do. Does it turn in to an allnighter?   Just curious, I may be interested in a mod or two myself.

I have a pretty good idea what Joe would say to that, but I know exactly what Dee would say, let's just say it would be less than lady like. It is a HUGE amount of work for our hosts, the last one went to 4 days and it about killed them both as well as some of the guests. I do not for the life of me understand how they remain so gracious.

It is a logistical marvel/clusterf**k that must be experienced to be believed.

Somehow, it all works out.

I'm guessing the entire DBG household sleeps for week after the last clingon leaves.

It can be a week long if we do it at Critter's base. They have a great facilities.

Problem is we might have to wear Camo and march at 5am every day.

My wife is full-on Cajun, so If people are open to it, I could bring some home made gumbo?

Will there be any vendor that can do a tune or is this something the group can do if I provide the parts?
Is your wife coming, she is welcome also.  I don't have license to tune 2008 Sky's.   I can do 07, 08 Solstices and 07 Skys.  Contact DDM, They do tunes.

Starts early each day and runs until we get to tired to work.   Midnight, what time is that?
There is 28 members signed up and last years spring meet had 47 signed up and 43 here at one time.

Cabin and my home sleeping arrangements are FULL, you need to book hotel/drive if you want to attend multiple days.

The attendee list is updated.

Joe's garage usually has a car in it on jacks with major work being done.  2-3 cars sometimes 5 or more with minor surgery in the driveway.  The neighbor's garage and driveway are in use as well.  There is a lot going on.  And the vendors don't leave until they are done.
