Hello fellow topless fans (& you rare coupe owners). I finally noticed my message inviting me to say hi on this board within the Forum, so HI!

My family and I live in Saratoga, CA.  I have a 2007 Sky Redline.  Since purchasing the Sky I have met my wife, gotten married, have had our first baby, he is now 11 months, and are due again in July. We have moved from my 1 bedroom bachelor pad in Los Gatos to the 5 bedroom ranch in Saratoga.  It is AMAZING what these Kappa cars can do ;)

The Sky is a very special "date" car. With obvious seating needs, I usually drive my Suburban or 67 Chevelle.  So the "Hot Rod" sits in the garage waiting for the glorious days of SUMMER.

I am a Fire Captain and Reserve Police Officer.  I enjoy reading the forum discussions about front license plates and excuses for speeding.  It reminds me of the things I hear when giving citations or hearing from crash victims how the wreck was caused by anything but going too fast for conditions. :rofl:

Thank you for all the warm welcomes.  I have been a lurker here, drifting over from the Sky Roadster Forum.  I appreciate how this forum stays focused on vehicle topics with useful information. Truly a forum of fans.

I too have a radar detector, a hide-away front plate and like to experiment with the no-lift shifting that came with the GMPP ECM flash. I make choices and there may be consequences (like a Crown Vic in my mirror), for which I take ownership. No need to lock the RADAR thread :)

Oh, the sun is peeking out from the rain clouds. Better take advantage of the opportunity to give the Sky a bath.

At least with a crown vic you have a chance to identify and react.  Here they use pickup trucks, Mustangs, Chargers, and I've even seen a new camero.
