I don't recall what the reprogrammed. I do have TPMS. But if your car is out of alignment that could do it.

SOB I got forced into a curb by a semi. Shortly thereafter I got the warning lights. Took it to the dealer and they said it was out of alignment. They aligned it and had to reprogram something. That was two years ago. I don't remember what they had to reprogram.

One wheel must have been WAY out of whack. With nearly 3 deg of camber on the front and almost 2 deg in the rear, I would call that out of alignment.

headed down to the dealer today.  Had a long talk with my friendly service advisor, (afformentioned, pretty good guy) who admitted they did not have much experience with the Sol / Sky.  Told him about the jack points.  Will be dropping "fast Betty" off on Wednesday AM.  He is going to scan with TechII and see what comes up.  Keeping my fingers crossed.

Anything else I should warn him about?

SOB, the car was not pulling to one side. It felt normal driving it.

11.63v ..seems low for a daily driven battery..my car was in storage for 4 months and still was around 11.7 volts

12 v is the minimum voltage of a good battery.  Anything below that is a bad battery

You could be right.  I was told it checked out just fine and peaked at 12.2, but he told me 11.63.  Not sure why the difference in numbers he gave me.  That could be the problem.  I will find out for sure after tomorrow.

UPDATE:

We were all wrong.  They reprogrammed the EBCM (elec. brake control module) with an updated program and they say the problem is solved.  They have not been able to figure out the poor seal with the window / top.  I tried the adjustments listed here to no avail.  The "hole in seal" is at the very bottom of the passenger window and about half the diam of a pencil.  I have tried adjusting everything with the top, but not the window.  I checked the old records and the original owner had the pass weatherstripping replaced.  So thats what they have for tomorrow morning.  Here's hoping.

Also, the dealer is "reinstalling" the weather stripping.  Says it was installed wrong when it was replaced under warranty by previous owner.  A bit suspect at this point, but we'll see.

should get the car back in the morning.

Bob Stall Chevrolet, La Mesa CA- so far so good.

OK, here is what they did:

1. Service guy (Greg White if anyone in San Diego is looking for a good service guy) made note on front page of service write up:

"USE EXTREME CAUTION RACKING THE VEHICLE. MUST USE LIFT CUBES TO PROTECT THE BODY"

2. A.B.S. Light blinks- scanned for codes, found hist. code C0460, followed
TSB: 07-05-25-003 reprogramed EBCM with updated software to correct concern. Cleared codes, road tested -good-

3. Wind noise coming from Pass side door glass / weatherstrip.  Remove weatherstrip and adjust keeper to repair gap at lower worner of glass


So far, no ABS codes.  The wind noise was better, but not gone.  I am going to fiddle with it a bit this weekend and see if I can pinpoint the source.  I will need a driver so I can ride shotgun and poke and prod at highway speeds.  Any volunteers?  Must be 18+ with valid drivers licence and be able to drive REALLY FAST without talking.

Even thought they have not completely fixed the wind noise, I am so far impressed with the service dept.  They seem to take my concerns seriously and Greg is communicative without being annoying.  A-

Very lucky to have found a good dealer. The one good one I had (a saturn store) shut down :(
