Rear Brake Calipers

Does anyone know if the rear brake calipers are different on 06-07 NA models versus 08 turbo's?  I'm trying to buy a used caliper for an 08 Red Line on E-Bay but it says it's only for an 06-07 NA.  Thoughts?
