here is what I sent to a member yesterday having concerns about all this....

---------

Thanks for checking with us on the engine bay covers and about your concerns.

Be assure that if you purchase a product from us you will receive your products. If you have any problems with your order or if you do not receive it, we will fully refund your purchase. You can check our ebay feedback, 100% witsh speaks for itself.

http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=mrz-performance&ftab=AllFeedback  almost 1000 feedbcak now...  and we filled thousands of order thru our website with 99.9% of satified customers thru US Canada and Europe

Paypal also protect you 100% if you do not receive your products or if they are not what you wished. But be sure we always do our best to resolve any problems with our customers, as long as they are cooperative and want to work with us ;)

The problem in most cases we saw people complaining is that some they do not understand that we are a small company and we sell custom products that we dont always have ready to ship. Sometime we have to make the parts before we ship and that can sometime take 1-2 week at most. Another thing is that we are located in Canada and we ship with air mail to the US to avoid any fees to our buyers and keep the shipping price reasonable. They normally take from 10-15 business days to deliver. So this can delay also with the customs that can stop the packages for inspections. Postal service can also lost your package and in this case we will take care of sending back and resolve any problems!

That said some people misunderstand these points and think that they will get the parts in a week and they then go ahead and charge us with Paypal or go out and spread bad news on the internet...  this is sad reality for us but even with the best efforts, any business will always see customers that will go out and spread bad stuff...

Let me know if you have any questions about the products or anything esle, We guarantee your satisfaction with any products that you will get from us.

Thank you and have a good evening!

my question is:

how do we remove the stock caps off from the MRZ caps w/o scratching or leaving any mark on the MRZ caps?

I have to use my screw driver to pry out the power steering cap off the MRZ cap the other day which leaved a mark on the bottom part of the MRZ cap.

I still have to remove the motor oil cap and the coolan cap off the MRZ caps.

just wondering if you have an easier way to remove them off.

thanks!

Some of the caps are direct replacements or have a small set screw on the side, those are obviously easy to remove, some are caps that goes over the OEM caps, they are pretty hard to remove once in place. The best thing is patience, drop of oil around the cap and a small screwdriver. Or if you want to remove them and keep with you, just get an OEM replacement cap to replace it, nor mally the nor very expensive...

Ditto in red.  One question can the buttress caps be engraved?

we sell with the emblem you would like to get, OEM emblems are a no extra charge, custom emblem can be done but they cost more depending on how complex is the work to acheive. Thanks!

I received my MRZ caps when they first sold them about 2 years ago.

No issues....

We have the anodized Red ones and they look great in the engine bay.  They are a deeper true red as shown.  The DDMWorks Red Cross Bay Brace that was installed at the Nashville NASSM matches the Victory Red (Aggressive) on the vehicle
and I mention this because many on the forum have the DDMWorks Red Cross Bay Brace, and though different shades of red they both look absolutely AWESOME in the engine bay.  If I owned a second Pontiac Solstice GXP I would certainly have both intalled again.

We do ship and complete all orders that are paid for, if you have not recvieved your stuff or a refund, let me know and we will send you a set for FREE and rsolve any issues you might have.

Please email me at sales@mrzperformance and we will resolve the whole thing and see what went wrong...  our service, shipping, etc...

I was deployed at the time, but took my R&R back in the States to attend Nationals in Canton. I sent you several PMs in early May of 2010 and you said they'd be ready and shipped to DeepBlueGXP's house before Nationals. I got to his house in early June and they had not arrived yet.  I sent you some PMs about trying to send them down to Canton with a forum member from Canada, but it never happened.  After those PMs, you pretty much fell off the face of the earth until now.  I sent you several PMs and e-mails and even tried calling a few times to no avail.  DBG even tried to contact you, but you wouldn't respond.

So, I went back and looked at my PayPal account, I sent you $179.90 on 12May2010 and you marked them as shipped on 13May2010.  If it takes 1-2 weeks to make a custom product, how did you ship them in one day?

You said that your wife got pregnant so you got behind on your orders.  Two years is a pretty long gestation!

You wanted me to keep this in PMs, but your publicly offering me a refund or the product.  I've seen this trick with vendors before, trying to look like the good guy.  Well, to all the gullible people that are trying to get another group buy together, good luck, you're going to need it!

Mathieu, keep the $179.90 and spend it on your child.  Hopefully he won't turn out to be the thief you are!

Bought the full set for the engine bay and the buttress holes. Happy with the products. Well made and look good. This was about eighteen months ago. As I recall, it took about a month to get them. I wasn't real happy about the shipping time until I looked at the shipping date on the package and realized that U.S. customs had held them up for about three weeks.

I deeply appologize for that case if you had problem reaching me or anything and if you have not received your parts.

Let me know what you need money back, product, etc + a compensation for those problems and we will take care of having your case taking care of and completed once and for all.  We will sent replacements caps or money back + Compensation

We do our best with shipping but it's not always easy to have them delivered fast since they go thru the customs and can be held there but usually 2-3 weeks and parts are delivered. If package is lost or does not arrive, we gladly send other parts or refund as the customer wish...   we do our best to ship fast but shipping is sometimes out of our control

I'm sure that customs didn't hold my 2 trunk caps for over 5 months.
But I must say that products I have received from MRZ performance have been professionally made, good stuff...

See if they won't send it to you next year air to speed up the "customs" delay.

Wow GJ! I take back all the mean things I ever said about you.

If this does happen let me know as I have a vendor donation form setup, which provides the tax ID # used for tax deduction purposes.

Thanks for thinking of us!

Shipping from Canada to the US can sometimes be very diificult.  A few years ago when I was living in Waterdown, Ontario I sent Christmas presents to my brother in California in October knowing ther could be problems.  He received them in March of the next year.   No explanation or reason for the delay from Canada Post.   They shipped it back and forth across Canada many times before entering the US in March.  After that incident I drove to Niagra Falls, New York every year and mailed them.  No more problems.
