« on: April 20, 2011, 09:03:48 PM »
Hi everyone,

I just bought (a week ago today) a 2008 Solstice GXP Mysterious auto with only 7600 miles on it! In one week I have:

1. Clayed the whole vehicle
2. Waxed with TW Ice
3. Did the side marker blinker mod
4. Added a horn
5. Raised the rear trunk latch .38 inches which fixed that annoying "trunk not closed" light and beep
6. Stubby Carbon Fiber 5" antenna
7. Added better head lamps

Oh yeah! and a Trifecta budget tune that was worth every penny!

Welcome, lots of people with a lot of knowledge. If you can dream it someone has probably done it or thought of it. There are a few exceptions to that of course, some of the people here have a great imagination.

Thanks all for the responses. I'll get some pics up tomorrow. But trust me, it looks like every other black solstice GXP (and I like that!).

I really appreciate everyone's comments too.  I am using the search function for any questions.

Welcome!

I'll get some pics up tomorrow. But trust me, it looks like every other black solstice GXP (and I like that!).
Let's see the headlamp upgrade!

I bought my solstice the last year on the actual winter solstice so I was waiting for it to get warmer to tackle a bunch of mods I wanted to do. Be careful, it's addictive.

On that note... <thread jack> anyone know the turbo outlet size of a s20g? and the gxp intake manifold input?  I bought some abs caps to make a pressure tester but I don't want to pulls the hoses and then go buy different caps and remake it. I think that's my easter project.. </thread jack>
