Aw, Come on now, I said it was dirty  :idk:.  I just took her to Chicago and had to put her right back into the garage before it snowed again.  Plus, most of it is sanding dust from the mods I am working on so I will clean it after those are done.  Should be starting on the door hinges tomorrow, If I get the speaker upgrades done tonight.

Hey, Does anyone know which wire to the factory amp is the remote line, I am thinking it is the blue one by the power and ground.  Most remote lines are blue but you never know. I have the battery disconnected and charging so I can't so the volt meter right now.

Is is the blue wire, I've installed aftermarket radios on 4 sols and you are correct

Thanks,  For some reason the Amp (not the factory one) isn't turning on with the dark blue and the line though.  I'm going to go ahead and pull the new deck out and splice in behind there.  If that doesn't work then I'll know it is the amp as it is not a new one.

Ok.  How did you get the lines straight on the cover?  My first attempted caused me to start again.

On mine I used a paint pen. Pack of 4 is $5 at walmart. Much easier then a can of paint and a brush.

Like Jrsno1fan said, A paint pen and a steady hand to follow the grooves.  The Radiator bottle was the hardest and the squigliest.  I should have used tape as a guide on that one.

Yep.  I tried the brush method and quickly learned my hand wasn't as steady as it once was.  I had already repainted it and was getting the courage to try again.  Your tip made it very easy and quick.  The medium pen tip fit perfectly in the grooves.  Thanks again.
