Pillar gauge wiring

I put in a DDM pillar with two gauges.  The directions call for hooking the wires to a switched and non switched wiring source.  So I went to the fuse box forward of the passenger foot well.  Well even after using the manual it appears that I hooked into the wrong spot.  I think I hooked the wires into one that the lights go off after a set time.  Would someone know  the location where to hook a switched and non switched wire's to in the fuse box?

i suppose you want them to light up whenever your lights are on? have i understood correctly?
if yes, you can hook it up on the wire that lights up the fog light button, right below the driver's air vent. that;s where i have hooked up mine

Position 18 and 22 are ignition controlled spares, use either one with a fuse tap

Like DBG says, you need to use either a fuse tap or an expansion fuse 'box' as I did.  This photo shows mine, the black/yellow wire with the red heatshrink end (fuse position 6) sources "always on" power.  The black/yellow wire with the blue end (fuse position 21) sources Switched/Accessory power:

Got mine from PepBoys in the electrical/fuse aisle.  Around $5-$6.
