Popped a P2096 today.
First thing I check is the 02 sensor mount on the cutback.
Sure enough, the extender is not sitting flush. It stripped out the threads

Guess I will buy a steel one and have it welded to the existing bung

Almost 1 full year on mine.

I wonder if the threads are still ok on the exhaust. Might be

Anyone know the thread size our O2 sensors?
Are they 18mm?

18mm is correct IIRC

Goodluck on the fix. Joe did a fantastic job of welding a new bung in mine!

I know Miller's was definitely aluminum.

I took that pic of the extender.  Thought it looked familiar.

Yes and it is the one that came with the Solo Cat.

I am going to call them tomorrow.

Arabas.
My 02 sensor on the exhaust is just hanging there.  There is no mistaking this is the Source of the code.  Miller could have taken that picture at my house.  It is identical.

So miller what is your favorite drink?  I owe you for being wrong and razzing you.

Now if we could just see eye to eye on the PI injection methods, we would be good to go ;)

elff ;  Its a wonder Solo  doesn't  make an extended Bung with the right thread in it. then just weld it in place.

I'm ok with what you want to do.  Never doubted that.  I just think the other solution has no issues either. Lets leave that for the other thread.

What's the timing on sleeping bear? And are you going with an FP turbo?
