there's an expression in Greece, "robe unbuttoned" used whenever someone makes fool of himself...

well here is this young guy owning an Opel dealership (his daddy actually) in Greece and he recently upgraded his GT  (big turbo and all peripherals, upgraded internals) making 500hp.
he got on fb and started saying "i pee on all GT owners, all of you are pussies, i am challenging all of you etc etc etc"
pls note that every GT owner was until now proud of having a 500hp GT in Greece (actually more than one, there must be at least 3 of them).

so i told him, "no prob, i' ll race you. do you want me to tell you the outcome NOW or do you want to see it for yourself. i am making around 320hp compared to your 500hp. what r u trying to prove?"

needless to say everybody is pissed at this  :donkey:

he must be so stupid that he didn't get the irony, so i expect him to set a date for a drag race...  :lol: :lol: :lol:

moral of the story: owning an Opel GT, will not get rid off your stupidity

Okay, let's get back to the topic at hand and the topic of this thread. If I had my robe unbuttoned I don't know that I would make a fool of myself.   :D

Right on Arabas!  Life is to short to always be practical.  To smell the roses as this young man is doing does show a bit of irony
indeed and as I might infer some stupidity as well and makes him come off as a buffoon or a bit eccentric!  To each his own but some like the drama and attention.  Anyway, the robe is indeed off at this point and maybe this guy will show his true colors!!!
