Thats odd on the side of the PT Cruiser head there is a small releif tubing that had a hose that went to the stock air box just below the Filter . The Air box use to get oil in it . Dealer said it was negitive pressure of the turbo pull that sucked it out and gathered in the filter box. When I changed the stock air box I installed a small breather on the tube and never another problem with oil leaking out. Now it pulls air in , shop said it was a poor design.
In the Kappa W/ the S/C pressure blowing out the oil when it spools up. If it had a nipple that that a tube could be connected to and a tee into another line may solve the problem. Just my

Rather then put it into a catch can then have to emptied .
