finished head build!
« on: January 11, 2012, 11:52:41 PM »
finally finished head job :drive:
parts used: Supertech valves (+.05), keepers,TI retainers, keepers, ARP studs, multi layer head gasket

The new setup is definitely flowing more air more efficiently making the turbo ( DDM 2871) spool a bit quicker

Big thanks to Nick at Modern Performance Inc. in NJ for hand porting the head, and doing complete install. Also SKY888 for some good info/advice.

60% of the time it works everytime = my solstice

What made you choose a multilayer gasket? I have heard a lot of different views on this, and im curious about what made you go with the multilayer vs OEM head gasket
