Motorleistung (gemessen) - Hp to flywheel - 381.5PS @ 170km/h / 5083 1/min
Radleistung (gemessen) - HP to wheels - 345.1PS @ 170km/h / 5083 1/min
Verlustleistung (gemessen) - Loss - 36.4PS @ 170km/h / 5083 1/min

I hope I got it right.

Pretty good numbers, do you have any before runs on that dyno? Preferably with the car in stock form?

Thanks bro!

yes, if we can see a before and after dyno runs (stock or modified engine).........using a stock manifold VS. PCP manifold.

thats the important thing.  I dont care if the car is stock or modified.

This might help. http://www.cncexpo.com/torqueconversion.aspx

So ............ if I did this right

Before 330 hp, 369 tq
After    366 hp, 413 tq

So, next questions are
1) what is the fuel used?
2) what differences were there other than the manifold and pipes?
3) how did you get 330 hp in the FIRST place? That is STRONG !!!!

I wonder what that equates to in US octane? Still, 330whp is a LOT. Of course, THAT opens up the  :worms: about different dynos. My Westers 100 tune netted about 285 with 330 tq if IIRC.

As always, dyno numbers less important than dyno delta. 35 ps change is about 10%. That is a very impressive difference. 600$ shipped to the US isn't bad. Perhaps PCP could work out a deal with a US manufacturer to make the part here as well?

I assume this part is Aluminium?

its actually $699 shipped.

which is still a VERY reasonable price...especially if its international shipping.

it's aluminum

With the 2.0l LNF inatke manifold designed for boost, I'm curious how the bigger 2.4 LE5 manifold that was not designed for boost would perform?

I do not understand your question.

The LE5 is a good base to upgrade to a turbo.

I think he was asking about a 2.4 (LE5 engine)..........who will not be upgrading to a turbo.......and just want to remain Normal Aspirated (NA).

How would a normal aspirated 2.4 engine will perform on your PCP intake manifold (if this manifold was intended for boost).

I think that's norm's question

:idk:
- I have not tested
- It could theoretically result in an increased efficiency (theory !?)

The design of "WERKS" would be suitable for a 2.4l (Non-turbo).

but PCP also sells intake manifolds for 2.4 sky/solstice, right?

i think that's why Norm was asking about the 2.4 design and performance.

ohhhhhhhh gotcha!!!

I think you need to be clear with that info on your post here....and on the other forum!!!  :)

I think some people that I know that have 2.5 LE5 (non-turbo).....were very interested thinking that they can put this intake manifold on their engines............without knowing that this is meant for a Turbo LE5!!!  :(
