Well, I do have the blue/white MAP sensors installed, so I guess I have the upgrade kit! Sweet! I thought that mountain of thrust at 3500RPMs was a bit (a lot) more than the advertised stock numbers.
But, one concern: I tried to do a "no-lift shift" just to see how it works, and I shifted at WOT at 6K. I pressed in the clutch and the revs kept going up, and when I hit 3rd the engine stumbled and the CEL started blinking. It set off cylinder 1,3,4, and multiple misfire codes? WTF? Not that I plan on drag racing often, but isn't that supposed to be a feature of the new stage kit? Maybe it's because my traction control was on, should I set it on Competitive mode or off instead?
